Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace damaged products, as our orders are meticulously packaged.

Returns are accepted within two weeks from the purchase date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging.

Refunds are processed upon safe receipt of the returned order.

If the item you have returned, isn't in the original packaging, and arrives damaged or smashed, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
