Can I put my glasses in the dishwasher?

The majority of our glasses will be safe going through the dishwasher. However, to ensure the longevity and pristine condition of your products, we recommend hand washing them whenever possible.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Our processing time is typically between 1–2 business days, depending on the type of shipping selected.

• Royal Mail 1st Class: Delivery is usually within 1–4 business days.

• Tracked 24: This option includes full tracking and delivers within 1–2 business days.

• International Shipping: Orders requiring international delivery are sent with tracking, with delivery times ranging from 1–4 weeks, depending on the destination.

How can I track my order?

If you choose our Tracked shipping option, you’ll receive a tracking number. Simply enter this number in the Royal Mail app to monitor your order’s progress in real time.

Can I provide Sustain a Glass with my own bottle to be upcycled for me?

Absolutely! We’d be delighted to upcycle your bottle. Visit our Custom Orders page for detailed information on how the process works and how to get started.
